MISUXIN Builds Stability: Striving for Excellence and Further Growth
After several years of hard work, MISUXIN gradually became more established, built a regular customer base and continued to pursue distribution rights for electronic parts from internationally recognized brands. To expand its operations, MISUXIN officially moved to Rooms 1902–1903, Block A, Jiahe Huaqiang Building in 2013.
As times changed, loosely established shops became less common, while electronic-component companies increased in number. MISUXIN's original handmade logo began to look rather simple. The logo therefore changed again, reshaping M and S into a mountain surrounded by clouds. It expressed the belief that there is no secret to success: only steady, practical progress, step by step, can take you to the summit, with all the other mountains below.
With a wider business scope, more customers and more orders, everyone became busier, sometimes working late into the night. As essential parts of many products, electronic components remained a fundamental market need even through the financial crisis and price volatility. In Huaqiangbei, where electronic parts were everywhere, product quality and shipping speed determined how long a business could survive. Meeting after meeting helped us clarify our goals and move forward more effectively.

While working hard to advance, MISUXIN also took time to learn and recharge. Most employees were young, and the company regularly organized outings and team activities to help colleagues understand one another, strengthen cohesion and develop coordination and cooperation. A team needs to divide responsibilities and work together, and above all remain united, to go further.

As Deng Xiaoping said, the Party's basic line should be upheld for a hundred years without wavering. MISUXIN applies the same steadfastness to its work. In electronic-component parts-list fulfillment, we remain true to our original purpose, remembering to put customers first and serve with integrity.
To help customers learn more about us, MISUXIN redesigned and updated its website in 2014. The new website made browsing easier and helped customers quickly find the information they needed. In 2015, the company opened its second retail outlet at 5C041, Store 3, Huaqiang Electronics World. Honest service, excellent quality, competitive prices, fast delivery, extensive sourcing and substantial available inventory helped MISUXIN grow rapidly in a short time. In 2016, to support business development, the company moved to Rooms 1303–1305, Block A, Jiahe Huaqiang Building.
Our Workplace: The Main Office
After the move, MISUXIN adopted an open layout with desk partitions, making communication between employees easier and creating a greater sense of space. To provide a better working environment, MISUXIN used open desk partitions to facilitate communication. A variety of green plants brought life to the office. The plants could also improve the air and ease the visual fatigue of employees who spent long periods looking at computer screens.

Our Workplace: The Manager's Office
The manager's office displayed calligraphy reading ‘She De’—giving and gaining. It represents a philosophy and attitude toward life: the perspective and wisdom to decide what to keep and what to let go of, whether already possessed or within reach. Giving makes gaining possible; without giving, there is no gain. Great giving brings great gains, and small giving brings small gains.

Here we welcomed customers from around the world, including Russia, the United States and Egypt. The room witnessed our business agreements, and some customers gradually became our friends.
